A Single Communications Platform
A real-time communications platform providing instant contact with all your members and followers though our customizable push notifications system.
Schedule future notifications to automatically push to members on a set day and time. These can be automatically recurring for meetings or ongoing activities.
Regular Meetings – Like a calendar alert, you can schedule push notifications to be sent to your members to remind them of the meeting.
Example: If you have a monthly meeting, you can schedule alerts to be sent to your members to remind them of the gathering. This can be set for the day before the scheduled meeting, the morning of the meeting, or even the week before the meeting.
Reminders – Remind your members of a project, its deadline, and any other pertinent information regarding the task, action, or gathering.
Example: Important reminders are often welcomed, or required, to keep everyone, and everything, organized. The examples for this are numerous, such as: If you have a scheduled event and everyone needs to register by a certain date, if members need to bring something to a meeting or event, if members need a friendly nudge to take action on a time sensitive initiative, or if there is a deadline approaching on a project.
Automatically link your members to important information on the action, the news, or the event you’ve shared on the platform.
Highlighting Posts – When a post you’ve shared includes very important information that your members cannot miss.
Example: If something important has happened in the local, state, or federal legislature that your members must see. Similarly, if you want to make sure your members know there has been positive news, or results, due to your memberships’ efforts on an initiative.
Last Minute Details – When details about an event, or project, have changed last minute.
Example: Some things you cannot predict, and having the ability to send your membership a last-minute alert is imperative. If weather, or another factor, has caused a changed in event location, if an event has been canceled, or if attendees need to bring something to an event or meeting, etc.
Emergency Alerts/Rapid Response – When you need to get breaking news to your members, and when you need your members to urgently react to breaking news.
Example: If a new local or federal policy has been announced, if there has been a change in government leadership, or if there has been an unjust, or just, reaction to an event and you need your membership to immediately rally in protest or celebration.
Emergency Information – When there has been a local or national emergency and you need to immediately get information to, and/or a response from, your membership.
Example: If a natural or unnatural disaster is pending or has occurred, and you need to get information to your membership – such as available shelters, food distribution, or if you are gathering supplies for others.
